But did you know that this fruit is also beneficial for your hair? In fact, the benefits of banana for hair are virtually endless!

Bananas are rich in antioxidants, silica, vitamins, minerals, and fibers. As such, banana masks can enhance your hair’s thickness and texture, besides making it glow. On top of that, they are a good source of potassium and iron, both of which are vital for healthy hair.

The banana hair mask is an alternative to regular commercial hair masks. It is an organic hair mask that nourishes and adds shine to your hair.

The best part is that the banana hair masks are super easy to make! And they’re so handy because they’re perfect for those days when you miss your regular hair conditioner and need something to make your hair look and feel soft instantly.
