Once you've got your ZALA's, payment is arranged with Afterpay! For first-time hair extensions Afterpay customers, the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. In this case, please make sure you have 25% of your order total available in your account. For existing Afterpay customers, your first payment will be charged 14 days from the date of purchase. Which makes it even easier to get a fresh set of ZALA hair extensions! The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase.
In case of a return and your ZALA's are in original unworn condition with all packaging intact, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay in which your payment plan will be cancelled.
