How do I track my order?
Excited to receive your ZALAs? Tracking your shipment is easy! When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email which will show:
- Your shipment number
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
- The assigned courier company
In order to track your parcel, you will need your tracking number and the details of your assigned courier company.
Once these details are available to you, proceed to the courier's website and track your order.
